No, being a commerce, you are not eligible for Btech.

This is because,

To be eligible for btech, you need to complete 10+2 with Maths, Physics and any one of the following subjects:-

There is no such way to keep your backlog in BA exam and apply for taking B.Ed  admission in B.Ed course. You have to re exam of BA that is natural parts with good marks at least 50% marks in bachelor of arts with honours subject then apply
