No.it is not necessary to give NEET exams if you want to go for BPT aftr 12th.NEET exam is for MBBS , BDS, BAMS,BUMS .
For BPT there are exams like common entrance test (CET) ,All India medical entrance examination (AIMEE) in order to get into bachelor's degree

First of all chalk out the syllabus of both JEE Mains and GUJCET. Then find out the common topics and start learning them first. Solve previous year questions as they help a lot to know about the pattern of the paper especially state CETs have a lot in common.

Definitely you can prepare for NEET UG 2020 along with BHMS or B. Pharma course that you are willing to join. But remember, you need to maintain the consistency. I have seen many people who have cracked the entrance along with their B. Sc.and even engineering.
There are soem of the state level counselling, You can apply on the basis of JEE Main score. I would suggest you to prepare well for the exam & score well so that you can get admission in a good college
