The paper pattern every year is more focused on 11,12 1st year, physics problems and concepts that is all for cracking a iit jam in physics but if you want to get a good rank then go for 11,12,1st year,2nd year,3rd year physics and thorough it completely this will surely help you getting an AIR less than 500 but if you want more than more concentrate yourself on your problem solving abilities.

• Allen Kota
• Resonance Kota

Both of them have good teaching faculty and good study material. There are other good options too but primarily aim for Allen and then Resonance.

• You should first understand the NDA syllabus and should make a routine to cover all the subjects.
• You should not forget to update the basics of each subject. And  refer to the books of Class VI to XII.
• To improve the English, you must start reading a newspaper on a daily basis, also brush up your grammar regularly even you should also learn the usage of the new words.
