Hey avinash,
You are preparing for both as both contains same syllabus. Just a difference of GK and Assertion reasoning adds to AIIMS but that you can do after NEET!

Hi Rohan,
MHT CET exam is simpler than JEE main.
Mhtcet is mainly based on 12th portion while jee main is based on 11th and 12th syllabus .
Difficulty level in cet is not as that of jee.
