UCEED is basically an entrance exam for design course (B.Des), and most of the related topics might generally not be available directly in the form of books, or materials.
By the way, You can prefer :-

Yeah they actually enough but I recommend you to also read DC Pandey for Physics mainly. And for Chemistry and Maths, practice JEE Mains level questions.

For jee exams u don't need to prepare from your 10th grade onwards.It will be ok if you start your preparation from 11th grade.And too this is only for cbse board student.If you are form some other board,then you can attend any jee coaching courses near you.
