Yes it is quite possible to crack IIT in 15 months here are few thing that you will require:
1) Books:
a) Physics: HC Verma (Must), Irodov(Good to have) and DC Mukherjee for MCQ
b) Chemistry: NCERT, Solomon, OP Tandon or RC Mukherjee
c) Maths: TMH, Loney and Maron(Calculus)
