You can make your time table and focus on the important topics in remaining month. You should complete your syllabus as of now. Don't pick any new topic in the last months. Start brushing up your basics. To score good marks in your exam start practicing a lot of questions.

Yes, you can prepare for JEE. You have enough time for your preparation but most important thing is determination and self motivation. You should be confident to crack your exam.

I think its not that important to study NCERT in physics.Solve the model question papers and practice papers in various books.Its all that is necessary to get good marks.

The core thing in physics is do theory first..  Understand concept...  Think that concept practically ( that you are involved in that concept doing that really not as a question)  then memorise formula (core formula)  and solve as many questions as you can..

At first make PCB strong by clearing all the concepts given in NCERT.Read biolgy thouroughly as 95 percent of neet questions are asked directly from the text book.
