Yes, of course when you prepare for BITSAT that helps you crack KCET too. BITSAT is of higher standards than KCET. In KCET you get direct formula based questions.
Most important chapters are chemical bonding and molecular structure, general organic chemistry, p block elements, hydrocarbons, atomic structure, carbonyl compounds, ionic equilibrium.
But dont leave others topics as all keep some weight-age.
