Yes, of course you can prepare for CAT after BBA to get admission for MBA. MBA in finance is a good option. Finance MBA's role is in finance & planning, budget and reporting department as opposed to going to accounting and audit type roles, largely due to salary and expertise

MTG publications are handy in exams, because some of their revision series are good for last minute approach. But, the most important part is that, always stick to NCERT, that is your standard reference book. For All India exams, you can't quote MTG as a reference in case of disputes

You should make your own time table according to your comfort and your strength and weakness. 
Make sure you revise all the important topics which carries more weightage in the exam, revise your important notes if you have prepare them, go through all the formulas.

Hi, In PSU interviews they shall ask you about your summer internships and if done from a good place then it is a positive add on to your profile. Though it shall not matter much even if you skip but will not form a positive impression too.

practice previous year questions and focus more on solving questions rather the studying concepts ,etc just practice practice and practice only can help you a lot more than your expectations, and choose a best study material for studying like MTG magazines etc....GOOD LUCK

I have not taken any extra coachings for preparing for jee n my 12 concepts r ok but 11 not good will only the revising of formulas be ok.

You can first focus on important chapters for your revision which carries more weightage in the exam. You can go through important notes if you have prepare than, revise all the formulas.
