i am a partial dropper ,i have uploaded xerox copy of my 10th certificate in neet registration because my original certificate is taken by the University. will my application get rejected for uploading xerox ?

Mitali Sharma 17th Feb, 2025

Hello

As per NEET's guidelines , you should upload the original documents for verification wherever required.

If you have submitted a Xerox copy ofHope this gives you the clarity you need. your 10th certificate instead of the original, it could lead to complications.

However, since your original certificate is held by the university , it’s best to reach out to NEET’s helpdesk or the conducting body for guidance. You can explain the situation and ask if submitting the Xerox copy will affect your application or if there’s a way to submit the original later.

Hope this gives you the clarity you need.

Does this college requires NEET for BNYS course...??

Mitali Sharma 17th Feb, 2025

Hello

No , NEET is not mandatory for admission to the BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences) course in many colleges.

However, some universities and states do require NEET scores for admission.

Admission Criteria for BNYS:

1. Without NEET :

Many private universities and some state colleges offer BNYS admission based on 12th grade marks (PCB).

Minimum eligibility : 50% in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) (may vary).

Admission through merit-based counseling or entrance exams conducted by universities.

2. With NEET :

Some states (like Karnataka, Maharashtra, etc.) and government BNYS colleges may require NEET qualification.

Admission through AYUSH counseling or state-level procedures.

Hope this gives you the clarity you need.

I got 97.87 percentile in jee mains. Can get nit khurushetra

Mitali Sharma 17th Feb, 2025

Hello

With a 97.87 percentile in JEE Mains , your expected rank would be around 23,000 - 26,000 (approximate).

Your chances of getting NIT Kurukshetra depend on:

1. Branch Preference :

Core branches like CSE, IT, ECE usually close at higher ranks (below 10,000 for General category).

Civil, Mechanical or Production Engineering may have higher closing ranks.

2. Category :

If you belong to General (Open), getting top branches is tough but lower-demand branches may be possible.

For OBC/EWS/SC/ST categories, you have better chances.

3. Home State Quota :

If you are from Haryana , you get Home State Quota , improving your chances.

Hope this gives you the clarity you need.

NEET score 2024 of students got admission for MBBS in reservation category of exservice men

kumardurgesh1802 16th Feb, 2025

Hello there,

Admission to MBBS under the Ex-Servicemen (Defence) quota varies by state and college. The NEET cutoff for this category changes yearly based on seat availability and competition.

For reference, in Odisha (2020), the cutoff for the Ex-Servicemen category at Government Medical College, Balasore, was 578 marks with a rank of 31,377. Cutoffs differ by state and year, so checking with official counseling authorities is recommended for accurate details.

Have i qualified for jee advance if I have bought 92.103 percentile in jee mains .i belong from general category 2025

kumardurgesh1802 16th Feb, 2025

Hello there,

With 92.103 percentile in JEE Mains 2025, your chances of qualifying for JEE Advanced (General category) depend on the official cutoff, which varies yearly.

In recent years, the General category cutoff for JEE Advanced has been around 89-91 percentile. Since your percentile is slightly above this range, you have a good chance of qualifying, but you should wait for the official cutoff announcement by NTA.

Mere sir jee main me 75.03 persentil hai kya mera mait me admission ho payega kya muje jyada persenitil chahiye mere 2 attempt or hai

kumardurgesh1802 16th Feb, 2025

Hello there,

With 75.03 percentile in JEE Mains, admission to MAIT (Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology) under IP University (GGSIPU) is difficult, especially for CSE, IT, or ECE branches.

You will need a higher percentile, ideally 85+ percentile for lower branches and 90+ percentile for top branches. Since you have two more attempts, try to improve your score to increase your chances.

I would recommend you to use JEE Mains College Predictor Tool by Careers360 to get the list of possible colleges you can get with your rank or percentile.

can i get any good branch in nsut / dtu/iiitd or any other govt colleges of delhi ? i have scored 80 percentile in jee mains 1,female, and i have defense quota priority 6 outside delhi? also tell least % req. to secure a seat in these colleges in core branches such as cs. suggest other govt collegs

kumardurgesh1802 16th Feb, 2025

Hello there,

With 80 percentile (female, defense quota priority 6, outside Delhi), chances for NSUT, DTU, and IIITD in core branches are low as cutoffs are 95+ percentile.

Options :

  • NSUT/DTU/IIITD: Possible for lower branches under defense quota.
  • IGDTUW (for females): Chance for ECE/IT.
  • Other Govt Colleges: Consider IIITs (Bhagalpur, Bhopal, etc.), state colleges, or GFTIs.

    Required Percentile for Core Branches:
  • NSUT/DTU/IIITD (CSE, IT, ECE): 98+ percentile
  • IGDTUW (IT, CSE): 95+ percentile
  • Lower branches in NSUT/DTU: 90+ with defense quota

Try improving in JEE Mains Session 2 for better chances.

What is the cutoff for jee mains? By looking the previous year trends, the cutoff increased every year, but the predicted cutoff by your site for this year is less, that is last year it was 93 and the site predicts that this years cutoff is 92. How is this possible???

kumardurgesh1802 16th Feb, 2025

Hello there,

The JEE Mains cutoff depends on several factors, including the difficulty level of the paper, number of candidates, and seat availability. While the cutoff has increased in recent years, a lower predicted cutoff this year (from 93 to 92) could be due to:

  1. Paper Difficulty: If JEE Mains 2025 is tougher than 2024, the cutoff may drop.

  2. Number of Candidates: Fewer high-scoring students can lead to a slightly lower cutoff.

  3. Normalization & Percentile Calculation: Even a slight change in scoring trends affects the cutoff.

Since official cutoffs are released only after exams, predictions are based on trends but not exact figures. It's best to aim above 95 percentile for a safer rank.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Respected sir/mam I am a neet 2025 aspirants and i want to ask that during my childhood,I had lost one of my finger (right hand index) so shall I eligible for PWD candidate if not then tell me how I complete my neet registration as NTA ask for giving the finger impression of all 10 fingers

kumardurgesh1802 16th Feb, 2025

Hello Aditya,

As per the NEET PWD (Persons with Disabilities) criteria, eligibility is based on the extent of disability defined by the RPWD Act, 2016. Losing one finger (right-hand index) may not qualify for the 40% disability required for the PWD category.

For finger impressions in NEET registration, if you cannot provide one for the missing finger, you can use another finger from the same hand or the other hand. NTA allows alternative biometric verification for such cases.

To avoid issues, you may contact NTA directly via their helpline or email to inform them about your situation.

I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.

Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.
