When you are applying for NIOS TOC, you have to upload your marksheet scan copy . As on now they don't ask for your marksheet to send them. At maximum in case of any problem they will ask you
2019 cutoff is not aptly known. I'll guide you with 2018 cutoffs. So 2018 cutoff was 551 marks for both boys and girls. So in neet 2019, it was approximately above 600. In 2017, boys cutoff was 570 marks and 600 marks for the girls.

The cutoff varies every year college to college. To get admission for 15% quota you should have more than 550-560 and for state quota seats you should have more than 500, it can also differ college to college.

Hello Sidhin, Good morning, Cut off means the lowest or minimum marks required to get selected in particular field.
for example, if cut off marks is 80 percent and student got less than 80 , then student is not eligible to apply for particular field.
