As far as my knowledge is concerned, people with GATE score nearly 914 in general category got call from NHAI.

In case of OBC it was 848.

And in case of SC/ST category it was 707 most probably.

You haven't mentioned the branch in which you are willing to apply for in Anna University.  In 2018 its nearly 20 - 23 marks for EEE and 30 marks for mechanical. If ur gate marks is 8–12 marks more the general cuttoff then surely u will get a

Your score is very less to get admission into any good colleges., snap also takes into consideration the catergory wise score like if you are into general ,sc ,st catergory.

but even for st catergory at good colloege admission is above 35 percentile.

Cut off of any exam paper depends on few things like:

• number of students appeared in the exam
• Difficulty level of the paper
• no of seats vacant

So there might be variation a bit every year but the it remains almost same.
