According to your percentile in jee mains your general rank will be approx 3 Lakh and SC rank above 30000 ,with this it is impossible to qualify jee mains. So there is no chance to sit in jee advanced. It is better to go for next attempt.

Hello. The cutoff to qualify for jee advanced will be declared after April session of the jee exam. Tentatively on 30th April.
