According to the Vacancy details for CAP Round 3 there are total 37 seats on offer out of these 10 seats are for general category candidates. As you fall under MS category you have very good chances of getting ILS in 3rd round. I hope it helps!

Good to see that you are an enthusisatic medical aspirant. As Kajol has mentioned that the cutoff varies on caste categories, state wise and other factors but generally to crack neet there is 50th percentile one needs to achieve (general category),like in 2018, minimum score as per 50th
Ranks within 495 is generally cutoff for General category home state quota in KMC for MBBs
This can vary between 400 to 600 ranks as an average for general category .
Also minimum 50th percentile marks in UR Category is must for qualifying
