The cutoff for the examination is always decided by the college/university. It can be that the paper was tough for you but not necessary that it is the majority opinion. And secondly, every year the number of applicants also keep increasing which makes the competition tougher each year,

If you have mentioned your NEET marks then you are not eligible for admission as your marks are very less. You can prepare well and try for admission the next time.
