The marks you have under JEE MAINS 2018 simply shows that you have not qualified JEE MAINS if you come under general category.
So there are less chances for admission.

Where ever you see a cutoff, that is based on all India neet ranks only, not the state rank. So interpret accordingly.

Hi Jayashree, You have greater chances for getting CSE seat in Panimalar Engineering College as the last year minimum cut-off for CSE (BC Category) in that college is 188. There's less chance for Sri Venkateshwara Engineering College. Other colleges that you can get around Chennai are RMK, RMD, Velammal, etc.

The cutoff marks vary depending upon the difficulty of exam and number of students appearing in the same . Cutoff for the previous year was 570+.
