I would like to sadly inform you that with just 85 marks in jee mains you wont be able to get CSE in any government or private college as CSE is the most preferred branch. I suggest you to for Private colleges or reappear for JEE mains again.

There is no specific cut off for JEE paper 2. You can get a college through air ranks. If you share your AIR ranks, we can help you.
