The jee main paper 2 cutoff is not released till now. It would be declared on June 10. But according to your marks in paper 2 you will surely cross cut off

Dtu 1st cutoff for obc delhi for BBA is 72.5. I got 67.5 in top 4. Would I get any chance in DTU in 2nd or 3rd cutoff??? Pls reply....

Your admission will be based on cut offs and as you are from obc category you can get Chance in 3rd -4th cut off just make sure that there are vacant seats for obc candidates.

Though your marks are low but as you told that you are under reserved category, you have chances to do LLB and for the same you need to get in touch with the university in person and follow the instructions they provide.
