the seat allotment for PESSAT is done in a two round counselling process.having said that the cut-off for PESSAT for electronics and communication engineering(ece) closes around 2000.

sorry the general cutoff for seat allotment in PES based on PESSAT is around 6000 so you won't possibly qualify for seat allotment at 8500.
