There's no such official cut off for general or reserved category but a particular college can have a cut off. For which college do you want to know? It may vary from institute to institute.

For admission in PGDIE through NITIE, 2018 the cut off has been expected to be around a range of 720-760+ keeping in mind the previous year trends for the general category.

KIIT doesn’t declare marks of students appearing in its entrance test KIITEE, so telling the exact cutoff marks is difficult. They don't give marks, but give ranks.Your KIIT rank should be within 6000. But to be safe I would like to say 3500 cause every year this thing
