For claiming the seats for disable people one must have their disability certificate with them which should be a valid one and you are only able to claim that seat if you had specified that in your application form.

i would like to inform you that the competition level is very high for delhi state quota colleges.
last year the admission stopped at 580.
so i advise you to kindly keep a target of scoring above 600 for being elgible to get a seat.

Integrated M.Tech. (iMTech) in CSE-200
