Yes you are right cut off trend refers to JEE advanced. Once you clear cut off in JEE mains you will be eligible to sit in JEE advanced.

There is no cutoff in JKCET.  JKCET conducting body release merit list including Marks of candidates and their Rank. For your information, If you score 40 Marks out of 179 then your rank will lie below 1000. that will help you in admission as per your desired
