The cutoff for Computer Science engineering through GATE was 3593, if you are from Delhi and General Category. The IPU CET for CS does not hold any entrance exam. They consider GATE scores for CSE.

The University doesnt specify the cutoffs that are required. I think you should apply and not worry about the cutoffs.  If you meet the minimum eligibility of 60% and have a valid JEE Main rank, you should stand a good chance.
