No, there is no sectional or subject-wise cut off in NEET. Marks obtained by a candidate in the overall exam will be checked against overall cut off percentile requirement as per his/her respective category.

It depends upon your caste category. In case you are a general candidate to get admission in decent private colleges with 50-60 percentile is difficult. Though chances for admission in average rated colleges can be there with 60 percentile and above.
