Though you have scored well in your category, it'll be difficult for you to get admission into government medical colleges. However you can get good private medical colleges

No chance to get mbbs in government college in Delhi but their can be chances for state haryana .
For more clarity you may check the cutoff of haryana that will give you an actual idea where you stand.
