No you need 75% of marks in Board exams or you should be in top 20 percentile. Then only you will get NIT. But not on 150, you have to cross 180 or above to get a NIT.

3 important sections are:
1. Maths and Data Interpretation
2. English and Reading Comprehension
3. Logical Reasoning

First thing to know is how much time you have and then judge yourself as to which section do you need to work
