NIT admission depends on your state (home state quota), category and JEE Main rank & cut off rank will vary for all the NITs.
If you belongs to general category and want to get NIT then you should score more than 130 marks in JEE Main.

In Jamia Millia Islamia PWD category is divided into PWD-Hearing Impairement, PWD-Blind low vision and PWD-Locomotor Disability.

Based on your marks you have chances in PWD category to get a seat.
