With this score, you have chances for NITs. So I would suggest you to try for NITs first, if good options are there in NITs otherwise you can consider COEP and to check where all you can get admission, use below Gate college predictor -

Hi, It shall be difficult to tell you cutoff for 2018. The cutoff also depends on the branches as well.
