    To get admission in top IIM you require 98 + & for other top colleges 95+ . There are many other factors to get admission in top bschool & IIM like your caste category, your overall profile & extracurricular activities.

    With this score you have less chance for RNSIT. I would suggest you to apply again. To check your other chances you can use MAT pathfinder tool.

    Cut off of PEC Chandigarh also varies according to the branch you choose for admission.

    You need to score more than 200 marks in your exam to get CSE branch in this college in other state quota.

    For Home State quota those candidates, who have passed the qualifying examination (10+2)
