You might get someone else on you behalf to participate in counselling by writing a letter authorising someone else to attend counselling on your behalf.

If you get any college in the first list then take admission since the admission gets over soon and lots of seats are filled

Hello candidate. As you mentioned that your rank is 32519, there are many colleges where you can get admission. But it is difficult to get admission in government colleges. The most important thing is that getting an admission in college is mainly based on your category. As youyou did mention

• The second round of counselling for Bihar medical colleges is expected to begin from the second week of August.
• The admission cut-offs for government medical colleges have gone very high this year. So getting a seat with a score of 416, even under reserved category, is very unlikely.

no one can simply predict the cutoff as it depends on various factors.

and also this is the first time, that there will be an EWS quota, hence there is no previous data available to observe the trend.

The information you have is wrong. I have personally seen the list of REAP rank getting admissions in College of technology and engineering, Udaipur and i have seen a seperate column of students from EWS scheme.

The EWS ranking is considered in REAP admission process.
