The second round of counselling for Bihar medical colleges is expected to begin from the second week of August.
The admission cut-offs for government medical colleges have gone very high this year. So getting a seat with a score of 416, even under reserved category, is very unlikely.
However, you should try for the mop up round as in this round, seats that have been given up by candidates, are alloted.
