Cutoffs change every year due to number of candidates appearing, exam difficulty, etc.
The NEET 2019 cutoffs are:
UR category 701-134 marks
OBC/SC/ST 133-107 marks

Minimum qualifying marks in NEET are required to be eligible for admission in any medical college in India, be it PIMS. These are:
For UR, 50th percentile 697-131
For SC,ST,OBC - 40th percentile 130-107
However, to secure a seat there, a score of 450 would be decent.

Last year's NEET UG 2018 Cut off for MBBS at Sumandeep College was, for General : 702 with 50 percentile and minority was 133 with 40 percentile and for Ph students it was 133 with 40 percentile.
