Congratulations first of all,for such a good  cutoff score.I will suggest you to choose ,ECE at SASTRA,as it is a much better option compared to VIT Chennai.With TNEA counselling the options you will get might not be good as compared to SASTRA.

Rohith, you have a good chance of getting BioTech. in IIT Kharagpur. This is based on your rank and previous year cutoffs. The branch closes at around 3100. But you can definitely get the 5 years course of BioTech there.
