There is no particular cut off for JEE mains paper 2. Your rank will be considered while the counselling process. You will get to know whether you get a seat or not while or after the seat allotment procedure.

Since this years cutoff has not been declared yet by the University, Previous year's cutoff in the final round are -
Integrated M.Tech. (iMTech) in CSE-200
Integrated M.Tech. (iMTech) in ECE-190
The final cutoff was 196 and 186 respectively for CSE and ECE in spot round was 196

Student who score more than cut off marks are eligible for jee advanced.
Cut off is decided for qualifying for jee advanced.
So if you score more than cut off you are automatically eligible for jee advanced.

If you scored more than jee main 2019 based on your category then you are definitely eligible for setting in advance.

Hope you are doing well and coming to your question yes you are definitely eligible as the cutoff for different categories are declared on the basis of the students marks in perticular year .After knowing result and selecting 2,45,000 student only cutoff is declared.
