Hi Aspirant,
Yes.
After completing your diploma,you become eligible to appear for the examinations of the degree course as well.In the college in which you get into,you'll start directly from the 2nd year.Hence,your b.tech shall only comprise of 3 years.

Mahatma Gandhi University of Distance Education offers B.Sc Psychology for students who have passed Plus 2 equivalent exam with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as subjects. There is no minimum aggregate for this University.
