To do Msc Chemistry, you can give IIT JAM(is an annual entrance exam conducted by IIT as part of the admission to the various Postgraduate programmes offered by the participating IIT’s).

If just to clear the follwoing Criteria even if you are taken math as an additional subject.

10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects (Biology/Biotechnology as additional subjects will be considered) in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board.

Yes, definitely you can do mtech in cse after pursuing BE in mechanical. You will have to appear for gate exam and have to score good marks to get admission in IIT for mtech. 

Also you should meet the eligibility criteria that is to score 50% in your

Hii

You need to 50% in Aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in their Class 12 or HSC examination. Your combined percentage PCB should be min. 50% in General & 40% in Reserved Category. If it is then you are eligible otherwise not.
