So unfortunely for you, the minimum passing mark is 50. So you don’t qualify according to the physics score. If you really want to go for medicine, you’ll have to re-give the exam and score more than a pasing grade.

Actually, the answer to the question is Yes. You can go for MSc astrophysics after your b.tech. the eligibility criteria says you should have 50% aggregate in UG degree. So, if you're interested, try for it.
