As you have completed your graduation you don't need to go for CPT but can apply directly for the second stage of CA that is IPCC taken that :-
yes student from any stream is eligible for doing ba llb there is no such stream specification for the course. for pursuing same you can apply for various law entrance exams such as CLAT/LSAT/IPU/MH CET etc.
To fulfill the criteria for a CA is you should have passed you +2 and a minimum of 55% in your board exams. The foundation of CA exam is CPT which you can give to enroll yourself into a CA module.
