If you want you can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank. You need to apply separately for them.

I may probably get 88 marks for jee mains, I hadnt done any special preparation for jee. I am expecting 95+% in boards. Should I drop ?

If you think that you are able to spend one more year for JEE Mains/Advance preparation then you can drop! Or else use the below tools and  estimate your college and choose from them the best one!

There are two options to apply in Cyber law, The first one is diploma of one year & second one is post graduation degree in which you can go for the specialization in Cyber law but for this you need to be graduate in 3 years law programme.

HI, Incase after graduation you are willing to shift from finance to law. So you have law of 3 years to pursue.
You can study for 3 year law from the following colleges:
1. DU
(conducts DU LLB)
2. BHU
(conducts BHU LB)
3. Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law
