On an average most colleges in India have a criteria which is at least 50-55% in PCM for general category students and whereas 40-45% for SC/STs as per the relaxation provided by the indian Government. So you can get a sum of PCM and calculate your percentage. And

I got 30 marks in chemistry and 3 marks grace include in overall 50% because without these 3 marks 50% is not complete.

Thanks for asking .But I am very sorry to inform you that since your class 12th  board score is not minimum 50 %(for whatsoever reason ) you are not eligible for neet 2020.

Yeah definitely you are eligible for entering into the IIT by calculating your class 12th marks are approx 80% whereas for entering into the IIT you should have the atleast score of more than 75% and that doesn't matter whether you are under top 20 percentile or not

Hey,
The eligibility criteria requires you to complete your 12th from a recognised board with minimum 50 percent(For General Category), OBC/SC/ST-40 percent ,PWD-45 percent(minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects).
Therefore,you are eligible for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test(NEET).
