MCA means Masters in computer applications which is a postgraduate course.
As you per the eligibility criteria for MCA "yes" you are definitely eligible for MCA.

But usually after B.Tech people go for M.Tech.
MCA is equivalent to B.Tech.
Instead go for M.Tech (CSE). You can do M.

To take admission in physiotherapy a student must be secure 55% in it's 12th standard.
Student must passed with 55% aggregate in pcb in 12th standard.
Rest if you want to take admission in government colleges than neet and mhtcet exams are must.

You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, If you belong to General Category, you should have scored a minimum agvregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology. It is 45% for PWD and 40% for SC/ST/OBC. You should have passed these 3 subjects individually, completed your 10+2 and scored that aggregate against
