I got 55 in biology 72 in physics and 57 in chemistry can I eligible to give AIIMS 2019 exam?

Debsmita Roy 13th May, 2019

Dear Sir/Ma'm, to need to be eligible to give the AIIMS entrance test you need to have completed your 12th board examination with Physics, chemistry, biology and English as your main subjects. You need to have a certain aggregate in these subjects which is 60% for General and OBC and 50% for SC and ST and 45% for PWD. Your NEET score has got nothing to do with your eligibility to give AIIMS entrance test.

Absolutely you can get admission in Jadavpur University with the rank you're mentioning. Moreover your admission in pharmacy also depends on your past academic records. So if you have scored above 75% in 10+2 with decent scores in the core subjects then you definitely have a chance there

Leena 14th May, 2019

Hi Maria. The eligibility for B.tech biotechnology admission through TNEA counselling depends on the aggregate score. If you have scored minimum of 50%(General), 45%(OBC) and 40%(MBC, DNC, SC, ST & STA), then you're eligible. Also, depending on the cut off marks, a merit list would be released by Anna University on the fourth week of June. The admission depends on availability of seats, number of candidates, etc. Therefore, it depends on your rank that will decide the college.

I have got 45 in maths, 51 in chemistry and 64 in physics. Am I eligible for doing B tech/B.E

Sunil Kumar singh 12th May, 2019

Hi dear,

This is depend on two things

1. Which college you want to take admission

2. Which category you belong.

If you want to take admission in NITs your overall percentage should be 75 or under top 20 percentile if you belong from general category. Many private college demands 60 percent in PCM and many 45 percent in PCM. If you belong from SC or ST many college accepts 45 percent in PCM.

Hope it helps
