You cna give jee main exam even if you have compartment but you can't get admission untill and unless you clear your 12th. and you ahev to mention appearing  in this year like session 208-19. i hope you get it.

yes. you can do msc in biotechnology. as bsc in horticulture is biology related subject. the eligibility for m.sc in  biotechnology is B.Sc. in any of Biological Sciences, BAMS, MBBS, BHMS, BPT and B.Pharm.
