What I would suggest you is to get More marks in physics and Chemistry so that the elgiblieliity criteria is fulfilled. 

Just don't think this as a curse, think that you failed in puc as a boon because, now you have chance to get more than 50% Aggregate .

Congrats on scoring a 6 pointer in IELTS. Speaking of getting a master's degree which is a post graduation course, to get into Aus/New Zealand you will need a minimum of 6.5 overall in IELTS. No university accepts a student with 6 for a post graduation studies. Sorry.

From above marks your percentage is 70.8% . If you are in cbse board then you are not eligible for nit . Or if you are in any other board then check for top 20 percentile of their board .
