Since you're a PCM student for getting B.Tech Biotechnology you can easily apply for IIT Mains. A lot of IITs and NITs have B.Tech in Biotechnology. The eligibility for getting a govt. College is min 75% in boards and respective merit in JEE Mains and Advance.

The admission into Sir J.J College of Architecture is primarily based on the NATA scores only, but on their official website, they have also mentioned about the JEE score card.

Sunny AIIMS eligibility criteria states that any student from unreserved or OBC category should obtain minimum 60% marks in biology, physics, chemistry and English. However for SC/ST/PWD category minimum marks obtained should be 50%. So your eligibility will depend on the category you belong to.
