B.Sc. (H) Chemistry or B.SC. (with Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Zoology, Botany, Computer Science, Geology, Geography) with not less than 50% marks in aggregate and at least 55% marks in Chemistry.

Sunny AIIMS eligibility criteria states that any student from unreserved or OBC category should obtain minimum 60% marks in biology, physics, chemistry and English. However for SC/ST/PWD category minimum marks obtained should be 50%. So your eligibility will depend on the category you belong to.
So my advice is
Hi,As you have not mentioned you percentage I cannot be specific.So,for admission to B.E biotechnology,students with physics,biology,chemistry or PCM will be accepted with a minimum aggregate of 60% in the three and minimum of 50% in each one of the subjects.In case any student has less than 50%in any subject
