The basic eligibility criteria for BE or B.Tech program is 10+2 Science with Physics, Chemistry and Maths and with a fairly high percentage of marks in the aggregate like around 70 percentage for most institutes
For admissions to NITs/ IIITs/ GFTIs: Candidates need to have secured a minimum 75% marks in class XII or equivalent exam or be in the top 20 percentile in their class XII exam conducted by therespective board. For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria are to secure 65% marks
