Hello. As per recent changes in eligibility criteria for NATA, currently there is no provision for diploma students for giving NATA 2019 unless any other official notice is released for diploma students.

The current eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 with minimum 50% in Physics, Chemistry

  I think you are eligible for JEE. As NIOS (National Institute of open schooling) is the board of education under the union government of India. The bronchure says,"NIOS candidates" can appear for JEE Advanced as the qualifying exam from any Public School, Board or University examination in India
