You should individually clear all of your subjects you have chosen to apply for Delhi University. Moreover, English is one of the 5 mains subjects, thus failing in English will lead to rejection of your application if you have already applied.
You might get all branches in SRM sonipat, ghaziabad, ramapuram and vadapalani campuses. While you may get all fields for bachelor of technology in the main chennai campus in tamil nadu except computer science and information technology.
