No you are not allowed. Neet PG can only be given by Candidates who have completed Mbbs.

Hi there, of course, you are very much eligible. The eligibility criteria for B Tech CSE is +2 in science stream with PCM with at least 60 percent marks. If you fulfill that criteria then you can appear for LPUNEST. Hope this helps. Good Luck

For getting admission through management quota their is no requirement for minimum marks.
You have scored very less marks in the exam, so admission through management quota is the only chance you have got.

If you are from UR category then its difficult for you to get a seat for mbbs/ bds in any of the government medical college of bihar as their cutoff is quite high under all india qouta.

But, there are 50% chances for you to get a seat

I am sorry to tell you but with a score of 108 in NEET UG 2019, you will not be able to get admission in any government or private college, even if you belong to ST category. If you're determined to pursue medical, you should drop a year

YES. As you have first division from graduation background that is different from the concerned course, so you are eligible to appear in the entrance test.
