According to the TISSNET eligibility criteria, Candidates must obtain a ‘Pass Class’ in the Bachelor's Degree in any discipline to become eligible to fill the TISSNET MBA application form 2019.

To apply for NEET, a candidate must have an aggregate of 50 percent in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. The score of maths is not required. So if you fulfill this criterion, yes you are eligible.
